赵萍，现任中国贸促会研究院副院长、博士、研究员，是国内知名专家，主要聚焦对外贸易投资和消费流通领域的跨学科研究。曾在中国社会科学院财经战略研究院、商务部国际贸易经济合作研究院等智库工作，是商务部电子商务咨询专家、商务部特聘全国内贸行业专家、中央电视台财经频道特约专家，主持过联合国环境署、比尔盖茨基金会等重大国际合作课题，以及省部级以上课题50余个，主要研究成果包括《美国营商环境报告》、《欧盟营商环境报告》、《企业对外投资国别指南》（从书）、《中国对外投资战略研究》、《维护我海外企业科技利益政策工具研究》等，公开发表学术论文二百余篇，学术研究成果获得省部级奖项20余次。

Zhao Ping  Vice President of the Academy of CCPIT

　　Research professor Dr. Zhao Ping is currently Vice President of the Academy of CCPIT, focusing mainly on interdisciplinary research that combines foreign trade and investment with consumption distribution.

　　 Dr. Zhao once worked in think tanks such as the National Academy of Economic Strategy, CASS, and Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, Dr. Zhao is an expert in e-commerce consultation and domestic trade specially appointed by the Ministry of Commerce, as well as a CCTV-2 specialist. Dr. Zhao presides more than 50 provincial or ministerial research projects and also hosts projects in cooperation with significant international organizations including United Nations Environment Program, and Bill Gates Foundation. Besides main works such as Business Environment of the European Union, Guide to the Foreign Investment of Chinese Enterprises, etc. , Dr. Zhao has published over 200 academic papers and won more than 20 awards of the provincial or ministerial level.
