柯良栋  中国国际贸易促进委员会党组成员、副会长

　　柯良栋，男，汉族，1963年7月生于湖北大冶，1985年7月参加工作，1989年4月加入中国共产党。中国社会科学院研究生院刑法专业硕士研究生，武汉大学法学院刑法专业博士研究生。历任公安部法制司副处长、处长、副司长，公安部法制局副局长、局长等职务。2018年3月任十三届全国人大常委会副秘书长、机关党组成员。2020年1月起任中国国际贸易促进委员会党组成员、副会长（保留副部长级待遇）。

       Ke Liangdong   Vice Chairman of the CCPIT

        Mr. Ke Liangdong, Han ethnicity, was born in July 1963 in Daye, Hubei Province. He started his career in July 1985 and joined the CPC in April 1989. He holds a PhD degree in Criminal Law from Wuhan University School of Law.

       He worked successively as Deputy Division Director, Division Director, and Deputy Director General at the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security, and Deputy Director General and Director General of the Bureau of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security. In March 2018, Ke was appointed Deputy Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People’s Congress and member of the CPC Leadership Group of the General Office of the NPC Standing Committee.

      Mr. Ke Liangdong has been a member of the CPC Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the CCPIT (with vice-minister level entitlements retained) since January 2020.
