Ralph Rogers 

Executive Director China, IVIS Group

Ralph’s career has always been devoted to developing UK China business relations. Having worked to support a wide variety of British Companies enter and grow in the China market over the last 14 years, Ralph joined IVIS Group as Executive Director for China in August 2014. IVIS Group have been at the forefront of transforming traditional retailers into highly competitive, modern multi-channel businesses for the last 20 years, offering a suite of multi-channel software solutions and consulting services.

From 2011 till 2014 Ralph was the Managing Director of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, leading the combined British Chamber of Commerce and China-Britain Business Council team in Beijing to support the objectives of 500 established British Businesses in China and 100s of new entrants to the Chinese market each year.

In 2008, Ralph joined the British Government’s trade services delivery partner, the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) as a China Business Adviser. Located in London, Ralph advised businesses in London, and the South of England on their China Business strategies and also Chaired CBBC’s ICT Sector Group in the UK. 

In 2004 Ralph established the China business consultancy Dekai Ltd to assist British companies to source products from and outsource manufacturing to China. He spent the next four years running this company from offices in the UK and Beijing. 

From 2000 to 2004 Ralph managed the China Programme for the government’s regional development agency in the UK region of Yorkshire. During this time Ralph established formal relations between the Yorkshire region and Zhejiang province and assisted 100s of British companies to enter the China market as well as over 20 Chinese companies to invest in the UK.

Ralph is a graduate of the University of Leeds with a BA in Modern Chinese Studies and an MA in Applied Translation.

罗瑞福先生一直致力于发展英中贸易关系，在过去的14年里，他为众多英国企业进入中国市场以及在中国的发展提供了支持协助。2014年8月，罗先生加入IVIS集团任中国区总裁。

罗先生2011年至2014年期间任中国英国商会总裁，率领在京的中国英国商会和英中贸易协会的两大团队力量，为在中国的500家英国企业及每年新进入中国的100家企业提供支持。

罗先生毕业于英国利兹大学，并取得了现代中国学学士学位和应用翻译硕士学位。
