江志国    科大讯飞智慧城市研究院院长、副总裁

　　江志国，科大讯飞智慧城市研究院院长、副总裁，上海科委专家库专家，安徽省绿色建筑专家，信通院数字孪生应用专委会副主任委员，CICC城市大脑专委会专家。拥有二十多年IT技术管理、项目管理和产品管理经验，承担过政府、企业、公安、教育、建筑科技、移动互联网等多个行业的软硬件产品和解决方案设计及应用实践，主导过国内多个城市的智慧城市顶层设计工作，对人工智能在数字政府、社会治理、民生服务等领域的深化应用有较为深刻的认识。目前主要研究方向是城市大脑、数字乡村、数字经济等数字化转型领域的应用课题。

　　Mr. Jiang Zhiguo is currently Vice President of iFLYTEK and Director of iFLYTEK Smart City Research Institute. He also serves as a specialist in Shanghai Technology Expert Base, expert of Anhui Green Building, Vice Chairman of theCAICT Special Committee on Digit Twin Application, and expert in CICC Special Committee on City Brain. Mr. Jiang has over 20 years of experience in IT technology management, project managementand has been responsible for the design and application of solutions in many fields such as government service, enterprise management, public security, education, construction technology, and mobile Internet.Mr. Jiang has also led the top-level design of smart cities in many places in China. Currently, his research field focuses on  the applicationof digital transformation including city brain, digital countryside, and digital economy.
