冯栢文 中国澳大利亚商会会长 

　　冯栢文先生现任中国澳大利亚商会会长。他于1996年离开澳大利亚后加入毕马威香港，并于2000年7月升任毕马威合伙人。在香港工作了近15年后，冯先生于2011年初调往毕马威北京办公室，担任毕马威中国对外投资主管、毕马威亚太区交易咨询并购税务业务主管，继续帮助中国国企和民企开展对外投资，完成了许多大型的海外并购交易项目。

　 自毕马威全球中国业务发展中心成立以来，冯栢文先生一直是管理团队的核心成员，并于2015年7月担任全球主席职务。他带领全球近60个国家的毕马威中国业务小组，帮助中国企业“走出去”，以及帮助外国企业进入和拓展中国市场。他自2015年7月至2021年9月担任毕马威中国基础设施行业联席主管合伙人，于2022年3月从毕马威退休，并期待着在事业上有新的挑战。

 　　Vaughn Barber is the Chair of the China-Australia Chamber of Commerce. Vaughn joined KPMG in Hong Kong from Australia in 1996 and became a partner in July 2000. After working in Hong Kong for nearly 15 years, Vaughn moved to Beijing with his team and became Head of Outbound for KPMG China in 2011.  In this capacity, and while he concurrently served as the Head of Deal Advisory, M&A Tax for Asia Pacific, Vaughn continued working with Chinese state-owned and privately-owned companies to complete many landmark overseas acquisitions.  

　　Vaughn was a key member of the leadership team of the Global China Practice since its inception and was appointed Global Chair in July 2015.  In this capacity, Vaughn led Local China Practice teams in nearly 60 countries as they work to help Chinese companies “go out” and foreign companies as they enter and grow in China.  Vaughn also served as Co-Head of Infrastructure for KPMG China from July 2015 until September 2021.  He has built strong relationships with key stakeholders in this area and has a good understanding of the objectives and challenges faced.  Vaughn retired from KPMG on 31 March 2022 and is looking forward to embarking on a new challenge in the near future.
