郭传维 中国-东盟中心贸易投资部主任 

　　郭传维先生于1988年在对外经济贸易大学获经济学学士学位,1989年进入外经贸部亚非司工作。他于1991-1996年任中国驻菲律宾大使馆随员、三等秘书（经济商务），1996-1997年任外经贸部亚洲司主任科员、副处长，1997-1999年赴比利时安特卫普大学学习并取得公共管理与发展硕士，1999-2002年任外经贸部亚洲司副处长，2002-2006年任中国驻新加坡大使馆一等秘书（经济商务），2006-2012年任中国驻土耳其大使馆参赞（经济商务，2009年后副司级），2012-2016年任中国驻伊朗大使馆参赞（经济商务），2016-2018年任商务部亚洲司商务参赞。自2018年3月起，郭传维先生担任中国-东盟中心贸易投资部主任。

　　Mr. Guo obtained Bachelor in Economics in 1988 from the University of International Business and Economics and then entered the Department of Asian and African Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade in 1989. During 1991-1996 he served as Attaché, then Third Secretary (Economic and Commercial) of the Chinese Embassy in the Philippines, during 1996-1997 served as Section Chief, then Deputy Director of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, during 1997-1999 obtained Master in Global Management and Development (MPA) from RUCA University of Antwerp, during 1999-2002 served as Deputy Director of the Department of Asian Affairs of MOFTEC, during 2002-2006 served as First Secretary (Economic and Commercial) of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, during 2006-2012 served as Counsellor (Economic and Commercial) in the Chinese Embassy in Turkey, during 2012-2016 served as Counsellor (Economic and Commercial) in the Chinese Embassy in Iran, during 2016-2018 served as Commercial Counsellor of the Department of Asian Affairs of the Chinese Ministry of Commerce. Since 2018 he has been Director of the Trade and Investment Division at the ASEAN-China Centre.
