英中贸易协会、英国利兹市发展促进署代表团拜访我会。苏育群会长、刘群副会长与英方就中英双边经贸往来以及厦门市和利兹市姐妹城市发展前景作了讨论。当晚，他们还参加由利兹市发展促进署举办的英中商贸交流会，与英国驻广州总领事摩根进行了交流。

They discussed on the bilateral trade cooperation and the prospect of establishing a friendship relation between the two cities. 我会ECO签证正式启动，厦门沃克进出口有限公司成功签发我市第一份电子原产地证书（ECO），标志着我会原产地签证服务达到国际标准并进入国际原产地电子签证体系。
CCPIT Xiamen introduced ECO visa program, with Xiamen WOKE Ltd issuing the first electronic certificate of origin (ECO). This marks the certification service has reached the international standard.

我会参与主办第十四届中国厦门国际石材展览会。本届展位8600个，展览总面积16.6万平方米，进一步奠定了全球第一大石材专业展的地位。省委常委、市委书记王蒙徽莅临并实地考察了本届厦门国际石材展。
CCPIT co-hosted the 14th China Xiamen International Stone Fair. Covering 166,000 square meters with 8,500 booths, it was no doubt the world largest stone fair. Wang Mengwei, municipal party secretary and member of provincial standing committee visited the fair.

受厦门市中级人民法院委托，中国贸促会厦门调解中心成功受理一起涉港货物买卖合同纠纷案例。经调解，双方达成和解协议。这是自2013年厦门市中级人民法院与我会建立涉外商事纠纷诉调对接机制以来的首个成功案例。
Commissioned by Xiamen Intermediate People's Court, CCPIT Mediation Center Xiamen Office accepted an contract disputes. This is the first successful case after the establishment of commercial mediation service since 2013.
我会发起的闽西南贸促机构联席会成立筹备会议暨首届工作会议在厦门召开。厦门、泉州、漳州、龙岩、三明、晋江、石狮等七家贸促会主要领导出席。会议通过了《闽西南贸促机构联席会议工作方案》，审定通过了联席会议的议事规则和机构设置，并就闽西南贸促机构间如何开展合作达成共识。
The 1st Joint Meeting of CCPITs in South & West Fujian was held by CCPIT Xiamen. Leaders from seven CCPITs from Xiamen, Quanzhou, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Sanming, Jinjiang, Shishi attended the meeting and reach an agreement on future cooperation.

The legal affairs department of CCPIT Xiamen attended the hearing held by the General Office of the Municipal People’s Congress Standing Committee on the regulations of dispute solutions, in which the department presented detailed advice on commercial disputes meditation.

China Products Exhibition was successfully held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. This was the first time Xiamen city organized a large-scale overseas trade activity in South America.

应我会邀请，来自埃塞俄比亚、加纳、肯尼亚、尼日利亚、乌干达、赞比亚和南非等12个非洲国家工商会和政府经贸部门高级官员33人访问厦门，参与我会与中国出口信用保险公司厦门分公司联合主办第二届“走进非洲”论坛。
第二届“走进非洲”论坛围绕“投资非洲的机遇和挑战”的主题，我市企业代表129人参会，与来自非洲12个国家工商会及经贸部门的33名高级管理人员进行了洽谈交流，探讨厦门品牌“走进非洲”事宜。会上我会首次发布《厦门企业对非洲贸易投资报告》，为企业开拓非洲市场支招。
The 2nd Go Africa Forum was held by CCPIT Xiamen, COIC Xiamen and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation Xiamen Branch with the presence of 33 African senior officials and 129 representatives from local enterprises. The theme of the forum was the Opportunities and Challenges of Africa. The first Xiamen Companies Going Africa Report was also released on the forum.

厦门国际商会召开第三届第二次理事会，表决通过了厦门国际商会秘书长人选、厦门国际商会专业委员会的设立及管理办法，以及成立厦门国际商会会议展览部的议案。会增选副会长单位3家，常务理事单位2家，理事单位4家；变更副会长2位，撤销副会长单位1家，理事单位2家。苏育群会长作了商会工作报告。
会上，厦门市贸促会、厦门国际商会与厦门海事法院签订《海事纠纷诉调衔接机制协议书》。
On the 3rd Session of the 2nd COIC Xiamen Council, votes on the secretary-general and other resolutions were made during the meeting. After the voting, COIC Xiamen added three vice presidents, 2 executive directors and four directors. Chairman Su delivered on the forum. 第十届世界华人保险大会暨国际龙奖IDA年会8月7-10日在厦门国际会展中心举行，共有来自17个国家和地区的7200多位金融保险专业人士参加，其中境外嘉宾超过3800人。据组委会统计，此次大会为我市带来至少1万人以上的人流量。刘可清市长会见大会创会主席梁天龙及其他重要贵宾近60人，倪超副市长出席大会欢迎酒会及开幕典礼并致辞、颁奖。我会作为代表厦门市政府的协办部门，积极协助主办方做好领导邀请、会务保障等工作，受到大会组委会的好评。大会授予我会苏育群会长“辅弼功宏”纪念奖牌。
The 10th Worldwide Chinese Life Insurance Congress and the 2014 International Dragon Award Annual Meeting opened in Xiamen Inte’l Conference & Exhibition Center. 7,200 professional insurance experts from 17 countries and regions participated. Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Xiamen received the guests. The meeting brought at least 10,000 people to Xiamen. As the co-sponsor of the event, CCPIT assisted the organizer with the invitation and other work. Su Yuqun, Chairman of CCPIT Xiamen was awarded as the best supporting role.

我会在厦门国际会议中心海峡厅举办第十三届世界商业领袖圆桌会议。本次会议由中国贸促会、投洽会组委会、英国贸易投资总署(UKTI)和英中贸易协会(CBBC)共同主办，我会与英国驻广州总领事馆联合承办。会议得到了中国贸促会姜增伟会长的充分肯定和黄强副市长的高度评价。本次会议首开与外国政府深度合作的模式，来自近二十个国家和地区的经贸机构及工商界负责人等1200人参加了会议，是今年投洽会期间唯一现场直播的千人大会。此外，还配套举办了中英企业跨境商务对接会。
The 13th World Business Leaders Roundtable reached to a successful complete in Xiamen Inte’l Convention Center. It was co-hosted by CCPIT, the organizing committee of CIFIT, UKTI and CBBC, organized by CCPIT Xiamen and British Consulate in Guangzhou. Jiang Zengwei, Chairman of CCPIT and Huang Qiang, vice-mayor of Xiamen spoke highly of the event. Over 1,200 people from over 20 countries and regions attended the conference. It was the first time the conference was held together by both domestic and foreign agencies and it was the only event in CIFIT broadcast live. China-Britian Business matchmaking was also held.

第18届投洽会期间，我会邀请接待了来自英、德、澳、加、波、新及港澳台湾等12个国家（地区）客商400多人， 43个团组。其中，香港贸易发展局、大韩贸易投资振兴公社、波兰驻上海总领事馆、澳门贸促局等在会展中心分别设立了大型展位。
During the 18th CIFIT, CCPIT Xiamen received over 400 guests from 12 countries and regions including UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Poland, Singapore, HK, Macao, and Taiwan. HKTDC, KOTRA, Consulate General of Poland in Shanghai, IPIM set big stands in the fair.

我会参与主办的第九届厦门国际佛事用品展览会暨第六届厦门国际素食养生展览会在厦门国际会展中心隆重举行。期间，苏育群会长率队考察了该展。展会历时五天，结合同期举办的2014厦门国际茶业博览会，总面积达125000平方米，总展位6800个，比去年增加13%，吸引了来自台湾、香港、韩国等11个国家和地区的近千家参展企业。参会的境内外专业客商较去年增长了23.9%。
Co-sponsored by CCPIT Xiamen, the 9th China Xiamen International Buddhist Items & Crafts Fair was held in Xiamen Inte’l Conference & Exhibition Center. Combined with Vegetarian Food Show and Tea Expo, the event lasted 5 days, took up 125,000 square meters with 6,800 booths, drew buyers from 11 countries and regions. Su Yuqun, Chairman of CCPIT Xiamen site visited the fair.

我会召开厦门国际商会电子商务专业委员会筹备会。会议介绍了专委会成立目的、宗旨和工作规程，围绕专委会工作规程、厦门电子商务行业发展现状和存在的主要问题等作了研讨，并推选出专委会主任和副主任。

The 2nd certifying agencies and ATA meeting was held in Xiamen. All representatives reached an agreement to establish long-term cooperation system.

加拿大政府驻厦门贸易代表处举行揭牌仪式，正式成立运营。加拿大驻华大使赵朴、广州总领事艾伟敦、厦门市人大副主任何清秋和苏育群会长出席。该代表处是加拿大国际贸易部下属的加拿大商业公司在中国新增设立的4个贸易代表处之一，也是在我市设立的第23家境外驻厦经贸机构。
当日下午加拿大广州领事馆举行加拿大驻厦贸易代表处成立酒会，赵朴大使出席，我会颜志平副会长及市外侨办、商务局、建设局等相关部门应邀参加。
The Canadian Trade Office in Xiamen opened. Su Yuqun, Chairman of CCPIT Xiamen, Canadian ambassador in China, Consul General of Canada in Guangzhou attended the event. It was the company’s fourth trade office in China and also the 23rd overseas trade promotion agency in Xiamen. Yan Zhiping, Vice Chairman of CCPIT Xiamen was invited to the celebration cocktail party later on.

CCPIT Xiamen issued 95,000 commercial documents for 1704 companies in total this year, promoted export value of USD6.318 billion, increased by 12.3% compared to last year and accounted for 12% of the total export in Xiamen.
